Hotel Tilawa is located in the northwest side of the country in front
of Lake Arenal, 8 km north of Tilaran, and it is the Costa Rican version
of the ancient Palace of Knossos, massive ochre-finished columns, colorful
hand-painted frescos, custom furniture and handmade textiles make for
a royal vacation experience. The hotel consists of 28 large rooms to
accomodate up to 4 persons equipped with Queen size beds, hot water,
